TidoRealty ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information from affiliates in our program.

1. Information We Collect

When you join as an affiliate or use our tools:

From Application:

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number (WhatsApp)

• Bank details (account number, BVN for payouts)

From Tracking:

• Affiliate ID (TR-AFF-#####)

• Referral clicks and leads

• Commission earnings

• IP address, device info

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process 5% commission payments (triggered at client 50% payment)

• Send payout notifications and promo materials

• Track performance for leaderboard

• Communicate via email/WhatsApp about program updates

• Comply with Nigerian tax laws (7.5% withholding)

3. Who We Share Data With

• Bank – For transfers within 14 working days

• Tax authorities – Withheld 7.5% remittance

• GoAffPro – Tracking platform (their privacy policy applies)

• Legal authorities – If required by Nigerian law

We NEVER sell your data.

4. GoAffPro Integration

Your signup via tidorealty.goaffpro.app follows their Privacy Policy. We only access your affiliate ID and performance stats.

5. Data Security

• Bank details encrypted

• Access limited to TidoRealty admin team

• WhatsApp group messages not stored long-term

6. Your Rights

• Access – Request your earnings data anytime

• Delete – Upon termination, data removed within 90 days (except tax records)

• Correct – Update bank details via WhatsApp @TidoAdmin

7. Data Retention

• Active affiliates: Ongoing

• Terminated: 5 years for tax compliance

• Payout records: Permanent (Nigerian law)

8. Changes to Policy

We'll notify via email/WhatsApp group 30 days before material changes.
